VESSEL DIAGNOSTICS

SDS-01 — INTEGRATED VESSEL HEALTH & DIAGNOSTIC ARCHITECTURE

Every system matters. Every component has a purpose. Every life deserves protection. Living Proof’s proposed diagnostic architecture brings structural monitoring, environmental management, propulsion diagnostics, power distribution, scientific systems, and emergency readiness into one coordinated monitoring environment. Supported by Weaver AI and independent safety controls, the system is envisioned to help detect abnormalities, identify faults, guide maintenance, and protect the vessel throughout its journey.

03 // WEAVER SYSTEMS

WEAVER — INTELLIGENT DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT

Weaver is envisioned to correlate diagnostic events, identify abnormal system behavior, explain potential failure causes, recommend inspection procedures, and summarize system health for the crew. Critical protective controls remain independent of the proposed AI layer.

INDEPENDENT SAFETY CONTROLS

Critical protection should not depend on one intelligent layer. SDS-01 therefore keeps emergency isolation, backup power, atmosphere reserves, and shutdown provisions conceptually independent.

DIAGNOSTIC ARCHITECTURE

WHO MONITORS THE MONITORING SYSTEM?

WHO MONITORS THE MONITORING SYSTEM?

During long-duration exploration, the diagnostic architecture would need to verify its own reliability. Conceptually, that includes sensor self-tests, redundant measurements, calibration monitoring, communication integrity checks, independent watchdog controllers, backup power monitoring, fault-tolerant networks, event logging, and safety provisions that remain independent of Weaver.

SENSOR SELF-TESTS

Component checks and calibration awareness before a fault becomes a system event.

REDUNDANT MEASUREMENTS

Independent readings and disagreement checks help distinguish a sensor issue from a system issue.

INDEPENDENT SAFETY

Critical protective controls are conceptually kept separate from Weaver’s proposed decision support.
